The Bloomin' Bag Lady would like all our valuable customers to be 100% happy with their purchase.  We pride ourselves on our prompt, reliable and effecient customer service and believe every customer is special and should be treated as such.

GUARANTEE TO REPLACE

The Bloomin' Bag Lady will replace any item that is deemed to be faulty or damaged.  Please contact sales@bloominbaglady.com.au within 3 days of receiving your purchase, should you have a faulty or damaged item. We will contact you via telephone or mobile, and advise you of how to send the purchased item back to us. Unfortunately we are unable to refund postage and handling costs on items purchased, but we will post your item back to your return address at no charge.

POSTAGE AND HANDLING

The Bloomin' Bag Lady uses Australia Post as our prefered package handler. Unfortunately we can not express post, but we endevour to send your purchased items within 48 hours of receiving your cleared payments.  

COMPLAINTS

The Bloomin' Bag Lady does not like complaints from our valuable customers, but if you find we have not resolved your complaint in a professional and reasonable manner please email josie@bloominbaglady.com.au detailing your complaint and how it was dealt with. The Bloomin' Bag Lady aims to resolve issues in a civilised manner -  as we are all human and occassionally we make mistakes.
